- You will not be able to eat at the Dining Commons
- You will not be able access the Wellness Center
- You will not be able to print in the computer labs
- You will have to have an in-person photo taken. No exceptions.
ID's for New Students
This information is for NEW incoming students ONLY (resident and commuters) for the Fall 2025 Semester
If you are a returning student who already has an ID card, this does not apply to you. You continue using the same ID card from the previous semester.
If you DO NOT upload a picture before the deadline:
ID Cards will NOT be mailed to you
How will you receive your ID card?
If you SUCCESSFULLY uploaded a photo, and you are a resident living on campus, you will receive the card when you move in.
If you SUCCESSFULLY uploaded a photo, and you are a commuter:
Commuters who successfully uploaded a picture can pick up their ID card at the SAIL Office in Ely when classes begin.
Missed the deadline?
If you missed the deadline and you need an ID card, you will have to have an in-person picture taken at the Campus Card Office in Wilson Hall.
